    Ricardo Blach is an accomplished entrepreneur, private equity investor, and advisor with expertise in finance, acquisitions, project management, and government relations.

    Ricardo's career began in research, leading to international consultancy in IT infrastructure and then moved into the energy sector.

    Utilizing his extensive global experience and networks in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, Ricardo specializes in guiding and structuring private equity transactions.

    He holds a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University College of London and a MSc in Mechatronics from City University.

    Elias Neocleous is a distinguished figure in both business and legal domains, celebrated for his profound expertise in corporate law, international tax planning, and financial services. He is the Managing Partner at Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, a leading law firm in Cyprus renowned for its innovative practices and exceptional client service.

    With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Elias has earned widespread recognition for his counsel to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on intricate legal and regulatory matters. His strategic acumen and deep understanding of global business dynamics make him a trusted advisor in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

    Beyond his legal pursuits, Elias is an entrepreneur, having founded several companies in the tech sector as well as holds equity and board positions in real estate and private equity companies.

  • Compliance Officer

    Michalis Loizou is a qualified accountant, with over 30 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, compliance and taxation.

    For many of these years he has worked as auditor for two major accountancy firms in Cyprus, rising up to the position of Director of Audit.

    In the last 10 years he has specialised into AML and regulatory compliance, obtaining the Advanced and AML certificates of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and becoming the Compliance Officer of an administrative service provider and a fund in Cyprus.

    He holds a BA (Econ) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
